The Honorable Carol Kuhnke, Chief Judge of the Washtenaw County Circuit Court, in a written opinion dated September 29, 2022 has ruled that the no-fault insurance fee schedule contained in MCL 500.3157(7) is unconstitutional because it "violates the constitutional promise of equal protection under the law."
